Sophomore Daniel Gagne (Wauwatosa, Wis./East) started off the day for the Bradley track & field teams by breaking the school record in the men's 5,000 meters only to have freshman Michael Ward (Cardiff, South Wales/Llanishen) top the mark later that night to help highlight Friday's action for the Braves at the Stanford Invitational.
